Torque Reaction Systems
Advanced Industrial Engineering (AIE) has developed a proven range of Torque Reaction Systems (TRS). These mechanical devices absorb the rotational “kickback” force generated during the high torque tightening process, reducing risk to operators or quality issues with the product. AIE torque reaction systems can be used with most pneumatic, battery or electric assembly tools.
Available as a standard product or a bespoke solution up to a maximum torque of 5000 N.m.

At AIE, we specialise in torque reaction systems engineered for the safe, efficient and ergonomic securing of critical high torque fastening applications up to 5000 N.m.
Choose from our comprehensive range of standard solutions, developed and refined over more than 8 years of real-world industrial use. Alternatively, opt for fully bespoke designs tailored precisely to new processes, evolving requirements or unique production challenges.
Our systems effectively absorb and control reaction forces, protecting operators, improving assembly accuracy, enhancing overall safety and productivity in demanding environments such as automotive, aerospace, heavy machinery and energy sectors.

AIE - Torque Reaction Experts:
Torque Reaction Systems come in many forms and can be customised for any application and environment.
AIE have a suite of standard TRS that are off the shelf for fast, cost-effective assembly solutions.
AIE will analyse the application and offer advice on the most cost effective and functional solution.
AIE Standard TRS suite are designed up to 600Nm. Over 600Nm require customisation.
